Profile: Signed by Milwaukee in 2015 out of Venezuela at the age of sixteen for a reported $370,000, Lujano made his professional debut last season with the Brewers affiliate in the Dominican Summer League. A line drive hitter who uses the whole field, Lujano displays good bat control and is quick to the ball with a short stroke. He also displayed a patient approach at the plate in his first taste of pro ball, recording more walks than strikeouts in his first season in the DSL. An only slightly above average runner with an okay arm, Lujano makes up for those limitations with great baseball instincts in the outfield that allow him to capably patrol center field.

2016: After signing with the Brewers in July of 2015, Lujano joined Milwaukee’s Dominican Summer League affiliate in 2016, seeing his fir game action as a pro. He appeared in 60 games, hitting .232/.342/.276 with seven doubles and a triple. Lujano drew 30 walks while striking out only 28 times and scored 34 runs while driving in 21.
